Technical support for your website will continue as included after the launch date for a period of 30 calendar days. Any questions, minor revisions, and bugs during this time will be fixed at no fee. More significant revisions may fall outside of the original scope and may attract additional charges.
The reason for this period is to clearly identify a project end date for invoicing, and to provide a set date for the client to take control of the website, rather than the handover period extending with no closure.
Outside of these 30 days, any critical issues will also be fixed free of charge provided you are hosting with Glide and we have full control of the server environment. Where a 3rd party is responsible for the issue, Glide will provide estimates for investigating and resolving the issue.
Unless you have an active website project or are still within your Warranty Period, our team will contact you with an estimated cost for troubleshooting your issue.
Please note that our minimum fee is $90+GST to cover initial investigation time.
